Sarkozy’s Conquest of France

In Uncategorized on November 27, 2011 at 10:09 pm

I saw La Conquête this weekend, a film about Super Sarko’s rise to power. I had always admired Nicolas as a man of action but at the time, I was too young or too involved in Canadian politics to follow his contest for power against Dominique de Villepin. This movie shed an insightful, imaginative, and somewhat comical view into his campaign for Presidency, much like what Primary Colors did for the Clinton campaign. Definitely a captivating political flick.
